Governing Bodies
Faculty Board
The Faculty Board is the Faculty’s governing body (art. 27.1 By-laws of the University of Seville, EUS). Its functions include the appointment and revocation from office of the Dean, proposal of the official qualifications offered by the Faculty and the associated study plans and approval of the Teaching Organisation Plan (POD) for each academic year.
It currently consists of 77 members who represent the different sectors of the university community: 39 lecturers, 8 other teaching/research staff members, 23 students and 7 administration and services staff members.
Committees
To ensure enhanced effectiveness, the Faculty has a series of committees with tasks specified by the EUS, in the regulations of the Faculty Board or in resolutions of the same. The Faculty currently has the following committees:
